Basic offer a variety of managed data and information services to help your business keep its data safe, secure and easy to access.

Additional managed services can be purchased to give you a full data management support package.

• Product Installation (On Site, with Data Seeding).
• Data Recovery Services (Assitance to recover lost or corrupt files, full system recovery or entire data sets).
• Daily or weekly monitoring and fault resolution.
• Monthly Check (includes a report if failures have occured) included as standard.

Standard Support is provided between 08:45 - 17:15 Monday to Friday.

You can log requests for assistance by email or telephone. There are no limits to the number of incidents or customer contacts who can raise support calls. Support is based upon a fair use policy and excludes data recovery services. Standard Support is defined as telephone and remote control support.
